Customer had brake repair performed at another repair shop after we had serviced the carWhen car was towed in we noticed that
the passenger side of the car had new pads and rotor only on that sideon the same side is the side that has the axle shaft mounting bracket which was missing bolts causing clunking/banging sound and axle boot clamp was missing as wellaxle was leaking grease and grease was bright green in colorhyundai factory grease is dark gray/blackwe goodwill repairs for customer and installed three new mounting bolts for axle bracket and replace axle boot and claps with factory parts and grease at no charge to customer and provided customer with a loaner car at no charge to customer

I did not have the brakes done after the engine workAlso, I don't care what color the grease isI bought the car used a few years agoIf the axle was changed before I received it, I don't careIt worked fine until the engine was changedIt never had any grease come out of the boot until the wheel was vibrating from the missing bolts to the axleI don't even know where they came up with the loaner carI drove my old chevy truck to work while they had my SonataAlso, who in the *** would put new pads and rotor on one side? Does that make any sense? They messed up and don't want to admit itOh well I guess I got screwed on this one

I will not be completely satisfied until I receive the check. I have been waiting for shaffer to return my calls for the past month. I will change my response to satisfied once I receive the check.

As of Wednesday April 20th I have yet to receive the check to reimburse me for the 180 spent to have the viper system removed. According to the business' response they had a check ready on Wednesday April 13th. Until I receive the reimbursement I will consider this issue unresolved and ask that the file be reopened until I receive payment.
