Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This mater apparently looked resolved when [redacted] technician(***) came and replaced coil but right after days of replacement of coil my A/C start water leaking and it was in such big leak that water start leaking from my attic through my ceilingMy A/C never liked beforeThis happened after replacement of this coilI called [redacted] and technician (***) came and look at it and asked me that I have to fix pluming and other stuff (Plenum) and gave me another estimate of about $before he can fix leakage! I called other two A/C companies for 2nd opinion and both denied that that there is any problem with plumingMy been without A/C for more than month (causing health issue) in this hot weather of around 100FI dispute my claim as I have already paid money but the money I gave for issue is not resolvedI must refund all money back and damage done to my ceilingThank you.Regards, [redacted] ***

five years *** call us to fix his ac never wanted to buy a new part it always was used parts he just don't want to pay to do it right can't warrenty used parts in this case plenum and a system drain line upgrade

I am rejecting this response because:He is completely lying. This is new part. New A/C coil and he is charging me $1800 which is not working at all. He did not fix it properly and it leaks all over my ceiling. Instead of fixing it he is asking me to spend more money on something which is not related to this leaking problem. I took second openion from 2 top most DFW company and both said that NO drainage system updrade or Plenum upgrade required. Both company told me that this coil is installed wrong. I wanted that [redacted] must refund my money back or legal action will be initiated. Thank you.

This happened after replacement of this coil. I called [redacted] and technician ([redacted]) came and look at it and asked me that I have to fix pluming and other stuff (Plenum) and gave me another estimate of about $1300 before he can fix leakage! I called other two A/C companies for 2nd opinion and both denied that that there is any problem with pluming. My been without A/C for more than 1 month (causing health issue) in this hot weather of around 100F. I dispute my claim as I have already paid money but the money I gave for issue is not resolved.
