I know that I’m dumb
I made a dumb mistake of booking a ticket for Friday early morning rather than Saturday early morning. I realized this right away and tried to fix it but wasn’t able to. What kind of company now a days won’t help a customer out in a situation like this. Not many from my experience.

Bough a bus ticket from *** to *** on 11.10.2019 to travel the following day, leaving *** at 07:55 (ticket was bought for my daughter). Also bought cancellation insurance. During the night, my daughter got very sick ***, making the trip impossible. Called Cold Shot early in the morning (around 06:00). However, Cold Shot doesn't open until 07:00 and it's not possible to leave a message. Called every 15 minutes from 07:00 on until I actually received a call back around 08:30 (not quite sure about the time anymore). Had very hard time to understand employee (and all the following people I talked to). After a number of phone calls, I was told Cold Shot would NOT reimburse me, only give me a ride credit, despite me having bought the cancellation policy. Reason is, I didn't call 3 hours before the trip... when their offices don't open until 55 minutes before the trip and even then, they don't answer the phone. I'd also like to point out the fact, my daughter didn't get on the bus due to a medical issue ***. I think, it's fair to say Cold Shot has a vested interest in their passengers not to show up sick on the bus, soiling their bus and potentially getting other passengers and the driver sick.

I had purchased a ticket and paid the fee for refundable ticket. They are refusing to refund me my money. I tried cancelling the day before and kept going to voicemail. I called in the morning of my bus because no answer from them the night before and he refused the refund. Taking 122.63 from me.

Thank you for writing in we appreciate the same,***The above passenger wants to travel *** however he could not able to travel which he has asked a refund of the ticket, which has been refunded to him, we even sent him an email regarding the same that the refund as has been initiated, on which we have got an reply from the passenger by stating Thank you.
