Review: Almost a week ago, I got two individual portions medium size called "Love It" of Chocolate Devotion and Banana Caramel Crunch ice cream from this store around 6:30 pm. At home, when I started eating the ice cream I found a big piece of glass in my mouth. I took the glass wrapped in their napkin back to the store right away and spoke with the sales person in private not in front of other customers who helped me at first place. She contacted the manager and the owner after asking me few questions. Then, she asked me to leave my contact information and someone will contact me later. But she'd never bothered herself to remove the bucket of ice cream assuring there are no more pieces of glass on it (to me this is a bad training not compliance with safety regulations).They had never been concerned about the safety issue not even asking me once if I am not injured.Also, I'd never been contacted by anyone for the first 24 hours to acknowledge the incident. Additionally, despite the fact that the day after I called the store and manger few times and left messages for the manager twice, he'd never returned my call back until I called corporate office and reported the incident.After reporting to the corporate office, the manager left me a voice mail saying that I need to call him to make arrangement for a refund but not even once asking me if I am okay, there is no injury involved or apology for the incident or bad customer service. Even when I returned his call back and spoke with him, he'd never asked me either. Apparently, this is store policy not being concerned about safety issue.Although when I spoke with a nice lady in the corporate office, she did what the local store was supposed to do and I really appreciate her concern. The owner named [redacted], the manager named [redacted] and staff in Frazee Rd, Oceanside location DO NOT have manner and good training, and their customer service does not comply with USA customer service standards.Desired Settlement: I want Revdex.com assuring this incident won't happen again and they will be force to comply with customer service and training standards
