It has been about a month since Sunset Maintenance installed our new roof. Roman was our first contact and stayed with us until we were satisfied in every aspect. He started by making a more thorough inspection of all aspects of our roof than any other bidder. (We had 7 companies come by before making our decision.) Roman then explained any questionable/problematic area and the recommended remedy. He showed us ventilation solutions that the others (those who bothered to check) did not seem to know about. The roof was installed quickly and professionally. There were a few minor problems, but Roman had the back-up crew here promptly to fix each one to our satisfaction.

I knew I had the right contractor for a complete tear off and replacement of my existing roof when a neighbor drove by, saw the Sunset Maintenance logo on Roman's truck, stopped and told me he had previously hired Sunset Maintenance and they were the best! Unbelievable customer service from the start, work done in a professional and courteous manner, excellent clean up afterwards.

Salesman Roman followed up with appointment for proposal. He was neatly dressed, well mannered and very helpful. He brought products relating to our initial contact and he knew his products well. He was able to dispel my concerns and helped me with choices to fit my budget, never pressuring me to spend more or change my mind about anything.
Materials arrived as scheduled and John came with his crew of four on time. They worked as a well oiled machine, preparing the site so as to protect my property and then to tear off and put on my new roof.. When they were finished their cleanup was amazing. Efficient to the end, neat and a beautiful job well done. I would reccomend this company and their fine workers in a hesrtbeat.
