We tried to save [redacted] the expense of paying for a new door handle by adjusting the cable Since this did not work we informed [redacted] there would be no labor charge to replace the door handle since we charged her labor for the adjustment and it did not fix her problem However she would need to pay for the door handle We believe this offer is more than fair

[redacted] leased a 2014 Nissan Maxima S VIN [redacted] as per the attached contracts. No other Maxima was negotiated or discussed. However [redacted] took a 2014 Nissan Maxima SV VIN [redacted] which has much more equipment and therefore cost much more. ... [redacted] does not have insurance on the car he is driving and needs to return to the dealership with the car. We have tried to work this out amicable but [redacted] refuses to bring the car to the dealership. [redacted] has 3 choices:1. Keep the car he is driving by signing a new contract at a higher payment reflecting the higher cost of the vehicle.2. Return the car he is driving and take the car he actually leased.3. Return the car and take his 2012 Nissan Maxima back along with $500 he put down on this lease providing there is no damage to car.

*** ***' makes a libelous statement in his rejection letter by calling this dealership "thieves". His rejection of our answer is ridiculous since we reversed the deal, gave him back his old car and refunded him his $500.00. If we were "thieves" as stated by *** *** we would have never reversed the deal. We are enclosing a copy of the general release signed by *** *** and trust that the Revdex.com will close the case

We are enclosing a copy of a check mailed to *** *** Jan*, 2015. It seems that this check was lost in the mail so we stopped payment. We are attaching the new check that was issued

We are sorry that *** is not satisfied with our offer. However our position remains unchanged. It is an ethical practice and proper troubleshooting to effect a repair by first making an adjustment rather than just costing a consumer more money by changing a part that may not be necessary. We are not asking for *** *** to incur any additional expense that she would have been charged had we changed the handle during the first visit. We will not issue a refund. We believe our offer is more than and far and there is no reason that we should not be trusted since we tried to save *** the cost of the handleWe will not issue a refund

After signing binding contracts *** *** purchased took delivery of a new Sonata. *** *** states that he negotiated a price of $including all rebates. *** ***'s bill of sale reflects a selling price of $minus a $rebate for a net price of $
which is below the negotiated price of $as stated in *** ***'s complaint. When you review *** ***'s complaint it is quite obvious that the contracts and bill of sale signed by *** *** are quite clear. If *** *** was not happy with the contracts he should not have signed them and taking delivery of a vehicle. It seems that *** *** has buyer's remorse and would like to renegotiate these contracts. However *** *** is bound to the contracts he has signed and there can be no further negotiations

 I do not want business to repair car, will take to another dealership that is trustworthy, requesting refund because charged me for repair that did work . What  labor they hooked  part in door that was no good back? And when I wanted to speak to [redacted] that keep we waiting for over 20 mins

How could I have taken another car? It is dealership. I left with the car I paid for. They brought the car out to me. I chose the car. I did the paper work. They reversed the Vin number and changed the price after I left. They are thieves at that place

[redacted] signed binding contracts and took delivery of vehicle.  There is no cooling off period in the state of NY and once a car is delivered NYS Department of Motor Vehicle requires that this car be registered and titled to the consumer. Once you sign binding contracts and take...

delivery of a vehicle you cannot change your mind.
