Scott M *** is a Realtor with Coldwell Banker/NRT LLC employee/agent. ***. On June 1st. he had my wife sign an agreement in a darkened house on ***. He assured her and myself that it was only for us to not be charged with the crime of Trespassing as well as himself as he showed us different properties. We asked him if this locked us into only working with him. He said no and that we were free to work with any other Realtors in the area. We found his explanation to be strange but having seen internet video of police being called on people of color for viewing houses we agreed. If he would have said "yes" we would have not signed his paperwork. W *** We had to ask him more than once to send us a copy of what my wife signed.

The complaint was lodged through a misunderstanding of the home sales process. This part of the process was unknown to me *** The issue, which with the complaint was lodged for originally, has been rectified. There should be no negative mark on Mr. M file, he has performed exemplary well in the current environment. Kindly close my complaint as a positive result.
