Coldwell Banker Commercial Business Properties Reviews (2)

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. When the coat in questing was checked in for cleaning, it would have been checked in as one piece. Looking back, the technician did not even look over the coat, she just tossed it aside with my comforter and handed me my claim ticket. Yes, I stated I would take this to social media as there have been several posts regarding John Deering cleaners on one of our neighborhood Facebook pages with service concerns. As I stated to [redacted] after she told me to go home and look for it, and I returned the second time, we had never taken out  the insert/liner since owning the coat. It is unacceptable that [redacted] has not looked for the insert/liner. When I presented the coat so that someone there could look for the matching part, there was not an attempt to look for it, just going off the ticket which is obvious incorrect.
[redacted]'s response is correct but her actions are unacceptable. The insert/liner was lost at John Deering Cleaners, and we would like it,or its value replaced.
[redacted]Regards,[redacted]

On November 27, 2015 Mr. [redacted] came into our dry cleaners with two items. A coat and a comforter. When a customer comes to our locations they get a receipt thawing the number of items along with the customer's name on it. Before we invoice any coats they are broken down by linings, hoods and...

belts. The coats cannot be cleaned or pressed with any detachable items on them. We then invoiced the gannent. Please see the attached invoice from 2014 and 2015 from Mr.[redacted]. This is how we invoice coats by pieces. On November 27 Mr. [redacted] only dropped off  coat and invoiced for one piece.
Mr. [redacted] picked uphis items on December 19, 2015. He then returned to our store on the last week of December and talked to [redacted] Deering owner of Deering Cleaners and stated be was missing his lining to his coat. I then immediately checked our computer and saw It was not invoiced and asked him to check at home and that I would check here ait the cleaners. Later that day  checked our computer from November 27th and we had no lining invoiced from that day. We also do not have any lining misplaced.
On January 5th 2016 Mr. [redacted] came back to our store to talk to [redacted] of which she was already gone for the day and left a message with our employee to have me call him the following day. On January 6m [redacted] called Mr. [redacted] to tell him she did not have his lining to his coat. [redacted] apologized to[redacted] that we don't have his lining to his coat. Mr. [redacted] then told [redacted] he was going to post this to the local Irvington Facebook page to see what other customers have done in the past. Please see the attached post along with the comments.
I feel we don't owe Mr. [redacted] a lining when we have no record of the lining. I have also attached a list of coat, linings and jackets that we dropped off and picked up from November 27" thru December 19th
Thank you,
[redacted] Deering
