Regarding our clients listing we have had strong activity and showings on the property from the very beginning of the listingThe agent is a great agent who is someone who really does communicate with all the homeownersThis homeowner was listed prior to CB RE taking the listing for approxa yearThat was then released when the agent was approached to take the listing on this particular homeowners home.We then have been in touch after all open houses and showing giving feed back to the MrshomeownerThe husband works has relocated him and the family is separatedI have been on the phone with this particular homeowner many times and have attempted to have her continue to work with the AgentShe then asked me to be withdrawn for the listing and I explained that I cannot do that, as I have agents and I am sure that we can have one work with you to allow your home to get soldshe said no send me all the agents and I will reach out to them and interview and make my own choice from your officeI explained one again that we do not work that way, but A top agent can work with you and the Listing agent to sell the homeOne of my top agents did communicate with her and again she wanted all the agents to be contactedI explained that I will not play one agent against the office and she then stopped allowing showings on the propertyOur activity on the property is ve ry strong and it’s unfortunate that the homeowner is not wanting to sell the homeAt this time we are a withdrawing the listing and have sent it to Multiple Listing of Long Island

Since *** *** of Coldwell Banker - Massapequa Park had been contacted by the Revdex.com she has been answering my phone callsOnce contacted she called to say they would pick up the for sale signAlthough the sign is in perfect condition *** *** preferred to harass me that if it is damaged or missing we will pay a hefty priceDue to the fact that she went on to bully I said let me know when & I hung up(Still not picked up). Each time we speak *** *** feels compelled to harass and threaten meSuch as: I "know" you have a buyer, I "know" you are in contract and what she will doFacts are not important to herShe continues to be irrational and her devious attempts to hurt the lives of others are unconscionableShe emailed a "withdrawal" which states if we sell, lease, etcanytime before February she will get the commission. When asked about the "Unconditional Release" we have discussed many times over the past few months she conveniently does not remember that. *** *** must be accountable.No realtor should ever get away with doing business in such an unprofessional mannerThis abuse must be stoppedNo way can we be the firstShe should be prosecuted to make sure no other innocent victims are hurt. We want an Unconditional ReleaseAs far as we are concerned she should be thankful to get off so easy.The lives of people are unimportant to her*** *** MUST be held accountable!

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Coldwell Banker Custom Real Estate regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Due to Revdex.com contacting [redacted] called to tell me they were picking up the for sale sign. Then proceeded to threaten me.  The for sale sign still sits in my yard. I received an email of a "Withdrawl" instead of the "Unconditional Release" discussed. This withdrawl gave them an extra 5 months! Only proving their arrogance and dishonesty further.  I have tried several times to speak with [redacted] to rectify the issues only to have her continue to speak irrationally and disrespectful. I finally had to tell her to communicate through my lawyer. She has not responded to his letters and ignores phone calls.  Unfortunately Realtors do not have any real accountability. LIBOR has been contacted several times as well over months. I'm still waiting for their response.

Review: Hired to sell my home. They refuse to do their job. They have broken the contract over & over yet refuse to release me of the contract. Refuse to change horrible pic of house put on MLS, had to insist on feedback, constant battle insisting on open houses althoug suppose to be biweekly. Last two, realtor did not show as she "forgot" then forgot to advertise for following week. Realtor yells at me and lies, insults & harasses potential buyers. When I asked to stop this I'm told she knows what she is doing. Annoyed, tells me that she is the professional. Continues to disregard integrity.

Branch manager originally stated we do not need to be released of contract as she has 36 other realtors. Yet refuses to have them contact me. Refuses to work with me as they disregard my phone calls, emails & fax. No communication! Refuses to release us of the contract although they continue to break it and refuse to work with us. Our family is separated & devastated due to our home being held hostage. We lost valuable time "Prime time" as they ignore our attempts to contact them. The stress is beyond words as I care for my medically fragile son alone, other son not knowing where he is to start senior year, my boss annoyed, daughter confused and husband alone in another State. All due to incompetent unconcerned for the lives of others Realtors.Desired Settlement: Released of the contract so we may sell our home with a professional realtor willing to work and whom values the Realtor Code of Ethics. And have our family united again.
