I'm very upset with this storage unit companyI was having some personal problems and ended up losing my job because of it, so I had to move to a cheaper place to liveWhen I moved, I moved all of my items out of my storage unit so I didn't have to unnecessarily spend more money than I needed toSince I didn't have a job at the time, I could not afford a phone so I was unable to make phone calls or receive anyI sent this company numerous emails to their customer service email address explaining that I would be moving out soon and I tried asking them what I needed to do in order to "move out"I never got any responses from themThen I borrowed a friend's phone and called the company so I could try to explain the situation and the woman on the phone was not very nice and said that I'm still going to be charged for not letting them know that I moved out even though I did try to let them know multiple times! Why even have an email address if you're not going to use it? I have never
