Ms*** paid a $non-refundable application processing fee with the application to rent *** * *** *** *** *** **? ***.? Her son, *** also paid a $non refundable application processing fee because he was over years of age.? Background checks were run
on both parties.? A reference check was done with the owner of *** * *** *** where they were living at the time.? That reference stated that the tenant was approved to have only one dog and that the tenant had two, had told tenant to get rid of one dog and tenant never did.? She also stated there was some yard damage to the grass from the dog’s foot traffic.? The previous landlord also said she would not rent to the *** again.? The *** were rejected because of the pets and the landlord reference received from their Aspenwood landlord.? In addition, *** did not disclose that she had a Housing voucher, therefore income was different than *** claimed.? To begin with, *** went on line and found an application from a different Coldwell Banker office and submitted it first.? Information from that application to ours differs in income, the age and weight of dogs? See attached Terms of Agreement, electronically signed by *** *** and *** ***.? See Appfolio notes.?
