Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The manager, Mr [redacted] , did not offer any solution to the complaint I brought upIn fact, his message only further supported the claims I previously madeHe mentioned showing the other side of the story but I’m quite certain we are saying the same thingOur definition of where Coldwell’s professional and ethical responsibility should be is where the differences in opinion beginFirstly, the house was never professionally cleanedI'm glad Mr [redacted] also sent the invoice as a hand-written receipt from the seller to an individual does not constitute a transaction with a “professional” cleaning serviceFurthermore, it’s clearly legible on the receipt that the cleaning was specified for a time period of 12:15-5:pm and asks for “outside cabinets to be cleaned, bathroom, windowsills, etc.” The compensation was a mere $which is less than any professional cleaning business would charge for a full house cleaningAs Mr [redacted] said, they addressed my concerns by asking the individual whom had initially cleaned, to come back out and “finish the job.” The seller only paid $and had hired someone who was not a professional and did not have access to the kind of equipment one might need for the job (as disclosed to me by the cleaning person, Julie)It was completely unethical to try and coerce the cleaning person to come back out to spend more hours without further compensation Had this been a professional cleaning service, none of this would have happened. The second part of Mr [redacted] ’s response I’d like to note is that he clearly points to the seller’s agent as the responsible party and even goes so far as to provide the manager’s phone number in his responseI did not hire the seller’s agent, I hired Mr [redacted] This means it’s Coldwell Bankers and Mr [redacted] ’s responsibility to represent me and protect my interestsNever have I seen an agent or company actually ask the buyer to contact the seller’s agentAs part of the Wisconsin Chapter REEB Conduct and Ethical Practices for Real Estate Licensees, “(b)Licensees shall act to protect the public against fraud, misrepresentation and unethical practices.” The situation being discussed most definitely constitutes as a misrepresentation and was unethicalThe seller had an individual, rather than a professional, do basic cleaning in the house instead of hiring a professional cleaning service cleaning the houseAs such, there is a part of the contract that was not fulfilledWhile it may have been the seller’s agent’s responsibility to address this misrepresentation, I hired Mr [redacted] , through ColdwellAs my agent it was his responsibility to protect my interests in this transactionI'd be happy to provide any photos of the house or communication between myself and ColdwellHowever, as they are not disputing the uncleanliness of the house, and we are telling the same narrative as far as what was done, I'm not sure those documents will be of use Regards, [redacted] ***

solution to the complaint I brought up. In fact, his message only further supported the claims I previously made. He mentioned showing the other side of the story but I’m quite certain we are saying the same thing. Our definition of where Coldwell’s professional and ethical responsibility should be is where the differences in opinion begin. Firstly, the house was never professionally cleaned. I'm glad Mr. [redacted] also sent the invoice as a hand-written receipt from the seller to an individual does not constitute a transaction with a “professional” cleaning service. Furthermore, it’s clearly legible on the receipt that the cleaning was specified for a time period of 12:15-5:00 pm and asks for “outside cabinets to be cleaned, bathroom, windowsills, etc.” The compensation was a mere $100.00 which is less than any professional cleaning business would charge for a full house cleaning. As Mr. [redacted] said, they addressed my concerns by asking the individual whom had initially cleaned, to come back out and “finish the job.” The seller only paid $100.00 and had hired someone who was not a professional and did not have access to the kind of equipment one might need for the job (as disclosed to me by the cleaning person, Julie). It was completely unethical to try and coerce the cleaning person to come back out to spend more hours without further compensation.  Had this been a professional cleaning service, none of this would have happened. The second part of Mr. [redacted]’s response I’d like to note is that he clearly points to the seller’s agent as the responsible party and even goes so far as to provide the manager’s phone number in his response. I did not hire the seller’s agent, I hired Mr. [redacted]. This means it’s Coldwell Bankers and Mr. [redacted]’s responsibility to represent me and protect my interests. Never have I seen an agent or company actually ask the buyer to contact the seller’s agent. As part of the Wisconsin Chapter REEB 24 Conduct and Ethical Practices for Real Estate Licensees, “24.03.2 (b)Licensees shall act to protect the public against fraud, misrepresentation and unethical practices.” The situation being discussed most definitely constitutes as a misrepresentation and was unethical. The seller had an individual, rather than a professional, do basic cleaning in the house instead of hiring a professional cleaning service cleaning the house. As such, there is a part of the contract that was not fulfilled. While it may have been the seller’s agent’s responsibility to address this misrepresentation, I hired Mr. [redacted], through Coldwell. As my agent it was his responsibility to protect my interests in this transaction. I'd be happy to provide any photos of the house or communication between myself and Coldwell. However, as they are not disputing the uncleanliness of the house, and we are telling the same narrative as far as what was done, I'm not sure those documents will be of use.
