Review: My family recently rented from this real estate firm for a house located on 229 83rd St. in Stone Harbor NJ. Our money was paid up front and within our contract we were given a list of provisions including internet and cable television. We arrived on Saturday June 29th to find neither working within the confides of the house. We were originally called and told the Satellite would be replaced with Comcast between 3-5PM. No one arrived. Someone did arrive at 8:45 PM asking for [redacted] and having no clue to what he needed to perform. THis was not a troubleshooting application but a full install of new cable service. Well instead of telling you the number of times my family was promised service and given lip service from this real estate agency specifically [redacted] and [redacted] its way beyond reasonable. Not only this but [redacted] the maint. person had the nerve to get into words with me personally disgracing my family and the actions I relayed during my stay is totally unjust. We had over five showings from Comcast and our Internet was fixed on Thursday of the week....knowing we leave 7/6 at 10AM. [redacted] the office manager was very gracious but still I have heard nothing back since departing and the contract stated cable and internet was included and it was not. I am more upset at the way this office handled this problem. I was way too much involved and it ruined my vacation because I was told how to go fix the internet or I personally had to get involved with cable company and then to be yelled at by [redacted] in their office while on vacation is deplorable. I have only ever written to the Revdex.com once before but I felt this needed to be stated for future dealings with this company and how the renter was treated and handled.Desired Settlement: If I could get my wish, [redacted] should be fired. However, not my call. Secondly though I would like a letter of apology as to how this was handled both from the realtor and the owners of the property. I was told by [redacted] there would be no refund verbally. I would like a refund but this is not the reason I am submitting this complaint.
