As of this writing, I informed the customer that today is a holiday and our returns department would be available to respond to their Return Merchandise Request (RMA) on Monday or Tuesday.According to the RMA, the customer expected a "WiFi" unit but ordered the incorrect model.  Regardless, even if the customer mistakenly ordered the wrong item, we have already agreed to accept it back for a refund.I have attached the email correspondence to show we have been both polite and willing to resolve his issue.Regards, Ed
