Coldwell Banker Real Estate One

I am writing to make everyone aware of the HORRIBLE Customer service and experience that I have received from [redacted] @ Coldwell Banker Real Estate One out of Kenosha, WI.
I found the house of my dreams that was on a 5 acre horse farm that was available for rent to own and/or purchase. I toured the house this past Saturday & Sunday and called him after and left a voicemail letting him know that my husband and I wanted the property and to call me back asap to try to secure a deal even offering additional money down.
Monday, I still never received a call back and I left several more messages to office and cell phone with him and the other guy in the office [redacted] that I was trying to work with since he wouldn't return my phone calls. Tuesday I finally got a call back from the other guy in the office who answered the phone.
They had me contact their mortgage company and apply for the loan and for an "Offer to purchase with Occupancy" Contract. But still would not give me the phone number to the owner of the house to give a large down payment for the house to secure it.
Wednesday they gave me the wrong number to the owner of the house to finally contact her about the intent to purchase. After multiple attempts to tell them it was the wrong number I finally got the correct phone number for the owner on Thursday morning and when I called her she had not heard of ANYTHING regarding anyone interested in doing a rent to own and made a verbal agreement with someone else to rent it.
I do not recommend anyone to purchase through the COLDWELL BANKER KENOSHA company because of their lack of concern for the owner or the buyer and this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had with any real estate agent.
