we brought a modular home march of 2017 and I don't think the realtor or the owner told us everything and didn't give a chance to sit down and ask for any repairs to be done because relators out of town for a week in a half. Because since then We have two windows that every time it rains water comes in, no installation, had problems with the heat, front deck has caved in, water heater bust , roof leaking and a couple other little things. But now we don't really have the money living check to check to fix. Now if we cant get a loan might have to put up for sell cause to many repairs within a little over a year.
The complainants wrote an offer to purchase *** on January 31, 2017 and after negotiations an agreement was reached on February 4, 2017.
In accordance with the Residential Sale Contract the buyers were afforded the opportunity to conduct inspections of the property. The buyers purchased a whole house inspection from ***. In addition, the following inspections were completed: Wood destroying insects, well water analysis, septic system evaluation, and an engineer's inspection of the foundation of the manufactured home.
As a part of the contract procedures the seller completed a Seller's Disclosure Statement, Lead-based Paint Disclosure and a Septic/ Well Addendum to Seller's Disclosure. The buyers reviewed and signed each of these.
The buyers were given the opportunity to fully inspect the property and wisely did.
Coldwell Banker Reeves did not in any way withhold any information from the buyer about any known defects.

I am rejecting this response because: We gave a list of stuff we wanted to discuss and try and get fixed and was denied that because our agent was on vacation for a week . I will never deal with this company ever again!
