The secretary who downloads all of our photos and I have both searched through *** and can find no sign of any pictures of the home that where taken by our companyIn fact, our pictures wouldn't be marked with any indication that they were oursIf he can tell us what website he is looking at, we will view them, but we have no control of most websites that take their pictures and information from the web

In reference to a complaint made by *** ***, *** *** *** *** *** **. The home was listed with our company by *** *** on 02/26/2015, but the sellers requested a new broker so *** *** took over until the sellers
requested that we terminate the listing on 07/13/15, allowing them to relist with another agencyIt was then listed with another company until it expired on 01/21/It is now listed with a 3rd company. The pictures that they are finding by way of the *** search engine must be old photos of which we have no control, and may not be our's, the home was listed when they purchased the home. In regard to *** laughing and hanging up, she assures me, and I am very confident in saying, that did not happen. We have not posted any pictures of homes that we do not have currently listed. We did find the photos after we followed the sellers directions, but we did not post them, and have no way of removing them.

to who it may concernI would like to say if these pictures never appeared recently I wouldn't even be complaining about themwe just relisted our home and within 2 weeks of our new listing all of a sudden there are old pictures posted of our homefrom back in 2010-2011 when the home had a shingled roof the yard was overgrown and it had a green tarp over the garage door in the basementI never even seen those pictures online when I was looking at the home in 2013 for purchase in any case I got in touch with the webmaster and they told me that they were recently re posted and that Coldwell banker sandy riverhas a copyright on the photos and if you look on the bottom of the photos is says copyright of Coldwell bankerand also when you look into the source of where they came from it directs you to Coldwell banker sandy river realityin Farmington maineI would not expect this from a professional real estate company I would expect it more so from childreni would have to say that the person from Coldwell who responded should take another look at the pictures because it has there signature all over them so that tells me that he never even looed at the photos!
