I never write reviews, but this was the worst experience I have ever had with a business so I will be posting this everywhere possible onlineI recently purchased a beautiful antique vanity with a mirror that was intricately cutIt was broken during the move; however, there was a large piece to use as a patternWe took it to WLR glassFirst, they threw away our pattern piece before cutting the new mirrorNext, they carved the new mirror freehand and glued it to the vanityThe new mirror was unevenly cut on each side and was 6" too shortToday, I took it back to get a new mirror cut properlyGavin was not there when I took it back; however, I received a phone call from him later saying "I am going to take the mirror off and you can come pick up the boardWe have already spent too much time on it." I just picked it up and will be finding a new glass shopWorst customer service EVER EVER EVERDO NOT USE THEM

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. The owner, Gavin, is a belligerent, angry, unprofessional, man who will sooner gripe the customer out before taking care of you. We dropped off screen windows to be fixed on Monday Nov 7th and called to check on them after a week. They FORGOT about them. Gavin promised to have them ready by the following week. We called to check after a few days. FORGOT AGAIN and then proceed to grip my wife out telling her she was rude, ungrateful, and mean. I called him and he immediately proceeded to gripe me out after he couldn't answer a simple question. This schmuck couldn't be a bigger [redacted] and shouldn't be running a business.
TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

I recently purchased a beautiful antique vanity with a mirror that was intricately cut. It was broken during the move; however, there was a large piece to use as a pattern. We took it to WLR glass. First, they threw away our pattern piece before cutting the new mirror. Next, they carved the new mirror freehand and glued it to the vanity. The new mirror was unevenly cut on each side and was 6" too short. Today, I took it back to get a new mirror cut properly. Gavin was not there when I took it back; however, I received a phone call from him later saying "I am going to take the mirror off and you can come pick up the board. We have already spent too much time on it." I just picked it up and will be finding a new glass shop. Worst customer service EVER EVER EVER. DO NOT USE THEM.

My husband and I have a home we own in Dayton which we have Coldwell banker manage. Since starting business with them October 2014, they have continually broken contract, denied us our rights, let the renters go months without paying water bills, and have taken our money as well. In November Coldwell, without our permission, had the house cleaned which cost us almost $400. They then had things fixed around the house without contacting us which total cost us $300. Once renters arrived they "forgot" to bill the tenants for water bills. Then once they were billed Coldwell double pairs Lyon county utilities. Then then told us we could evict out tenants with a 30 day notice for owing multiple months of water bills. Once we started that process they now claim we no longer can evict them because the tenants suddenly paid. (after a 5 day notice of pay or get evicted was posted and they paid 13 days after the notice). Coldwell has neglected to actually bill out tenants for water money. Neglected to pay us any of the water money that the tenants DID pay. When I ask for proof of payments they tell me they have paid us and send me a half done log of payments accrued on our account with them.Desired SettlementWe would like Coldwell to evict our tenants as promised TWICE. We also would like our documents reviewed and monies owed to us to actually be paid to us. We also would like our contract ended with Coldwell. ASAP.Business Response I have received the complaint which I have forwarded on to the correct division of Coldwell Banker Select. This complaint should be filed with Coldwell Banker Select Property Management. The Property Manager is [redacted]. His Manager is [redacted] at Select Property Management [redacted]I am sorry the [redacted] have had a problem with the management of their property. As the Broker I have not been made aware of this issue until this report was filed. I have been in touch with [redacted] and will follow up with her on Monday , September 28, 2015 regarding this issue. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)We will settle with Coldwell by accepting the overpayment of the water bill from Lyon county if they allow it to happen. We will discuss further how to evict our tenants, and we will be typing up a 30 day notice for Coldwell to end our contract with them as well.
