These people are so arrogant and oblivious to their customers, its amazingOrdered plants for an event, and they sent said the is lost in delivery, since its lost per *** asked them to send the sixth one and they can instruct ups to not deliver the last one when and if found, but then they want me to pay again or wait and ruin the event, holding me hostage in this situation, Its amazing businesses like this exist with this kind of customer service if you can even call it that unless you call answering the phone customer service

I have made numerous requests to this business over the last year asking to be removed from their mailing/marketing lists I have done this directly to them and also through CatalogChoice.com I have never received an acknowledgment and they continue to send me catalogs that I have absolutely no desire to receive
