The statement of hard to find engines is so fictional you can find them all day longIf they had broke a light or something while changing the engine I guess I would be responsible for that alsohowever after taking the vehicle to another garage we have all found out why they won't fix the heaterThey replaced the engine with another bad one that is wore outExact words from the mechanics at other garage the heater doesn't work due to the substance they put in engine oilThe engine has little compression and can't even get a oil pressure reading due tot hat stuff.I guess I will follow up with an attorney.

determined that the best course of action would be toreplace the engine with another used engine in order to rectify the problemTheseengines are very hard to findThe engine was replaced with the best option available.Our warranty is a 50% parts 50% labor for days or one thousand milesThe customerhas paid nothing on this expensive repairSince that time the warranty has expired and we feelthat the complaints that the customer has now is their responsibility.Sincerely,*** ***General ManagerCole Auto Outlet

This business is bad for consumers there ignorance of vehicles and there incompetence reflects on customer service.How can it be that I am expected to pay for what they broke. The salesman, the manager and the owner need to realize you can't treat people this way.

Review: Yes My Name [redacted] I want to File a complaint against Cole Auto Outlet in Bluefield Va. Well I'm filing another complaint because I have more issues with my 2002 Jeep Cherokee Laredo that I just bought From them on June 19,2013 an I only had a 1000 Mile Warranty So here is where I came in using up my warranty for there Mistakes.. They Let Me drive it off there lot with the brakes messed up an they knew it ..So I drove always home that is 2 hours away. The only reason I bought a vehicle off them is because My Fiance bought a Motor Cycle From them in October of 2007 an he passed away November 23,2007 an they was nice to deal with then..But I guess not so good now. So they told me that they couldn't fix it till the following week I told them I couldn't do that so they got me an appointment for June 20,2013 at 9 am. So I drove home an got my kids an drove back that night to stay with my niece in Blufield WV. So then I got it into the shop on Thursday an the Lady that works in the garage told me that I was one lucky person because I had a angel watching over me because my main brake line was rusted into. So they had to replace the main brake line both rotors an a brake caliper then after that I was on my way. Then I called an Talked to the Salesman [redacted] an asked him if I could bring my jeep back an trade it or get my money back because I wasn't satisfied an I knew I had 30 days to do that an he told me that they couldn't do that. I think Because I'm a woman that they could get over me. I do honestly believe My Rights of buying a vehicle has been Denied especially when I wanted to trade it back for something else he told me I should had thought about that when I was signing the papers. Also I told him that I wanted a vehicle that I Would NOT HAVE TO DO WORK TOO.An what payment arrangements I could do Because I'm a Single Mother with 2 Children Living on a Low income from Social Security.. I Filed a Complaint with the Attroney Generals office an this is the Poor Respone I Get.. The General Manger Mike Johnson Contacted Me an talked to me Hateful He was what would You like for me to do well I told him I wanted another vehicle he more en less told me he couldn't do that.. That I should had came an talked to him I told Him that he New about the Problem From them Start Because he was the one that Let me drive it off there Lot the day I Bought it on june 19.2013 .. He was like what can we do to resolve this issue I told him that he could fix it where I didn't have to pay my Payment for July he said he could do that an then he said I will write a Letter back to you all saying we got the problem solved as long as I write one or call ya to let ya know well I didn't agree with him so that's why I'm Contacting You Now.. Then it wasn't a Month Later the jeep starting making a whining noise so I took it back to Bluefield to the Garage an when I got it there an got it on the racks it was the wheel bearing on the passenger side so it had to be replaced then they also had to replace the one on the Driver side too. So that was $ 207.00 out of my pocket that I didn't have.. Then it was fixed an was hoping with no other problems.. Well then October 20,2013 My jeep starts over heating so I had to have a straight wire hooked to the battery because the fan wasn't working so I took it back to bluefield to the shop an they fixed it because it was a Sensor that went out to run the Main Fan that cost Me 100.00 that I didn't have.. Now I have a Major Major issue with the jeep an they Can NOT tell Me that it was from my wear an tear on the vehicle Now the Sway Bar Bracket is completely Rusted into From off The Frame an it has been like this sense I bought the jeep because I was driving down the road an every now then I would here a noise so I pulled over to the side of the road an had a mechanic come an look an that is what my problem was.. So I'm writing to file a another Complaint about this Car Lot an that I want my Vehicle Replaced or My Money Refunded Sense I have had Nothing but Problems Sense JUNE19,2013.. I'm so terrified to drive my vehicle now because it is a DEATH TRAP NOW.. I will Not be making No More Payments on this Vehicle till this Problem is Resolved ASAP. I WILL BE HAPPY IF THEY WOULD TRADE ME FOR ANOTHER VEHICLE A 4X4 OR A CAR. If I can Not Get this resolved I will be contacting Some other Officials to help me on this so Hopefully they don't want Me to Keep throwing Complaints out there because it makes them look bad.. Its a Shame I used my 1,000 Warranty up running back an forth to get the death trap fixed.. I wanted a Vehicle that I didnt have to Money Into for 6 Months Stright Because of there Poor Service.. Im a Single Mother Tring to Make a Living. IM NOT PAYING FOR A DEATH TRAP I WANT IT FIXED OR SOMETHING ELASE.. I Have So Many People that was wanting to Buy a Vehicle at Tax Time Not to Buy From them.. Please Im Begging for some kind of help an I was told By the attroney generals office u could help me..

I received the complaint filed by [redacted] regarding the 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokeethat was purchased from Cole Auto Outlet on June 19,2013. Ms. [redacted] had an earliercomplaint about her vehicle. In good faith Cole Auto Outlet went above and beyond toresolve that complaint. Per Ms. [redacted] and my conversation on the phone the repairs hadbeen performed and she stated she was satisfied. There have been no other complaintsabout the vehicle that I am aware of.Cole Auto Outlet, Provides a one month one thousand mile 50% parts 50% warranty onthe engine, transmission, and drive axel.Ms. [redacted] purchased her vehicle approximately 5 1/2 months ago. It is our position thatthese repairs are normal maintenance items. We feel these repairs are Ms. [redacted]'sresponsibility and our warranty obligations have been met.I attempted to contact Ms. [redacted] via telephone to discuss this matter.
