Cole Brothers Roofing & Siding

Cole Brothers Roofing has not paid the back charge they agreed to pay for repairs made by others while my roof was under warranty with them. A new roof was installed on my house by Cole Brothers Roofing in March 2012 and included a 30 year architectural shingle and a 7 year workmanship warranty. On December 24, 2014, the roof was actively leaking into the attic. After leaving multiple voicemails on both the company cell and office phone number and no response (the voicemail was eventually full), the leak was repaired by another company. After speaking with the owner, [redacted], he told me that he had been away for the holidays and was unavailable by phone or email. I told him that I had already had the repairs completed. He said to send the bill to him and he would pay it since the roof is warrantied by him. I sent the invoice to him on February 2, 2015 by email and mail. The bill has not been paid as of 3/19/2015. The total repair bill is $389.82. I have left multiple voicemails and resent the bill via email multiple times. I have received no response since sending the invoice.Desired SettlementThe homeowner is seeking the repair work back charge (refund) in the amount $389.82 which is the cost of the repair completed.
