First I would like to say that Mrs*** has always been difficult to work withCole Distributing, Inc has professional and courteous staffMrs*** is unprofessional and vulgarWe can't and won't let our staff be treated in this
mannerHer account must be prepaid before delivery can be madeThis was always an issue with her but the account had to be this way to protect the companyOn 2/15/she did contact the office to have us pick up her tankFrom there what happened is completely different from what she describesWhen asked when we could pick up the tank we told her we would do our best but can't give dates for tank pick upsThis is impossible because we use a crane truck and it depends on weather among other thingsShe became irate and started cursing at MrColeShe used terrible language and called him vulgar namesNo one hung up on her or used any vulgar language to herOn another note the tank was picked up on 2/18/only a couple days after the work order was put outJust as indicated we picked it up as soon as possibleThe tank had no propane in it when it was picked upSo basically Mrs*** is trying to get the company to refund her money for propane that she usedCole Distributing, Inc will not give an apology and will under no circumstances refund any money to Mrs***She was very nasty and she caused the issues that occurredThere is absolutely no merit to her request or this complaintShe uses nasty language and abuses staffThere was no way we could work with herThe tank was picked up very quickly and she requests a refund on propane that she usedAgain, there is no merit to this complaint

I have only dealt with Cole Distributing since and have only contacted them times in the pastThe first time for a fill up, second for information, third for a questionable leak, and forth with Rodney ColeWhen I spoke with them on each occasion but the last, I was never rude or inappropriate, this is falseI had been treated unfair, not themI was rude with Rodney Cole because he treated me with disrespectfulI never used vulgarity with anyone but Rodney due to how he spoke with meI only requested a refund in the complaint for how I was treatedI am fine with no refund because we did use the propane boughtI still request a written apologyI will not walk away from this complaint until I receive oneRodney Cole is rude, unprofessional, and now a liarI never said anyone used vular language with me, I described the incident how it wasHe is basing this around the money, but ultimately the money was not the issue, his rude and unprofessional customer service is the problemThe refund for me was to pay me back for the time I had to put in to dealing with this awful companyThe only staff that I got to talk to on 2/was Rodney, so how did I exactly abuse staff? No one explained anything to me, they only got an immediate attitudeThe response that I read to my complaint also shows that Rodney Cole has someone else writing this account on his behalf, so I would prefer he writes the next reaponse

Cole Distributing, Inc stands behind our previous responseMrs*** was vulgar, rude, and used profanity directed at me and even called me vulgar namesI have been in business for years and I have not had issues like thisI do not feel I was rude and if I was at all it was only after the language and names I was called by Mrs***Before she requested a refund and an apologyNow she agrees that she used the propane and doesn't need a refund and wants an apologyI feel the real issue is that Mrs*** was upset because I could not give her an exact day that I could pick up the tankI truly was not being smart with her, we are not able to schedule exact days on tank pick upsI did tell her I would get as soon as I couldI did follow up and got the tank picked up as requested with in a couple daysI did my best at getting it quickly just as I told herI do apologize that I wasn't able to give her a date, but that was not possibleI will not apologize for anything additional as I was treated terribly by Mrs***I can not believe that she wants an apology from meShe was the one that was vulgar and used profanity directed at me, even calling me vulgar namesI did not respond in any way when she did this

Cole distributing is an unprofessional business and ran by unprofessional staffI will never be satisfied with any response other than an apology
