Review: On April 04, the [redacted] outlet issued me a $350.89 gift card of which $213.01 should have gone to my [redacted] card. The store refused to correct their mistake and insisted that the only way to correct was for me to go to their store. It's 60 miles away from where I live. So instead, I purchased four wallets from their [redacted] store in the total of $172.59 on 4/14. And the [redacted] store credited my [redacted] of $178.30 on 4/17. However, one of the wallet from the ** store was damaged and the store manager agreed to exchange it, plus reimburse me the postage of $4.99. It was delivered 9:33am on 4/18 according to USP but when I called on 4/22 they said havent received it yet.Desired Settlement: kindly refund me the wallet of $39.2 plus the sales tax and postage to my [redacted] account.
