Hi, please let me know how did you work against him and with which attorney. He scammed me with the same business idea and now he owes me $25k. I signed a contract with him in december 2022 and he agreed that in 18 months I should have the invested money back. I never received a penny, I am in a bad situation and he barely replies. Thank you in advance for your reply!
I would love to know what you’ve don’t to try and recover $$ I feel like everyone should gather together to file a lawsuit. He owes me over 20K also
I also paid him to create and run my online business. Unfortunately, I am having a very bad experience too. All affected customers should get together to file a lawsuit against him. What about doing a you tube video to find more affected people? Where did you find the 90 consumer complaints? I only found few and old trust pilot and BBB complaints/reviews.
I signed an agreement in which I was promised an ecommerce automation service which was never provided. After speaking to *** and his team it was agreed that with the conclusion of the contract I would be refunded any costs associated with products and advertising spend. I have been messaging, texting, and emailing them for over a month in attempts to get my refunded amount that we agreed to. I occasionally get responses from his team that they will ask *** to no avail.

Refund I would please like a refund of the agreed amount ($2193.16 ad spend plus product costs) immediately. After this is complete I will never be doing business with them again.

Add me to the list of people who want their money back. If anyone wants to file a class action lawsuit against him then I would like to join. He contractually owes me $10,000 and he is ignoring my e-mails. I signed the deal to purchase his e-commerce service. It did not yield any profit, and the terms of the contract state that I would be entitled a refund if certain conditions were met. Those conditions were met, and I asked for my refund. He is no longer responding to any of my messages.
Hi Vinicius. I haven't asked for a refund yet but I am experiencing the same situation as you. Sometimes they reply to messages after several days. There are several affected customers like us. We should get together to file a legal lawsuit against him. What about doing a you tube video to find more affected people? Or any other ideas?
