First our Complaint could be for repairs and lack of; warranty and product satisfaction in addition to the last choice of Refund/Exchange issues My wife and I purchased a Keystone Montana Model 3100RL 5th Wheel RV on June 14, ( [redacted] ) After a set up; walk thru and general demonstration of operational techniques for the Unit we took possession and were off to enjoy another great recreational season This did not happen as before the first payment was due, like a little over wks; the main double slide on the Unit had a major breakageOther smaller breakdowns also happened and appear to be fixed After several lengthy waits, many repair suggestions/implementation by both Keystone Techs and the Valley Service techs the end fix it is; like "Why Monitor a Problem if you don't Fix it"(it is still broke) We have been more than co-operative and have even brought a counter offer for us to have a full exchange and to purchase another Unit on the lot This

The absolute opposite of professional service which their website states they haveI would describe it as extremely rude customer service and lacking knowledge of the products they claim to know and sellStarting with the original purchase of a brand new ($38,000) camper we were unimpressed with the knowledge of the product by the salesman or dealershipWe had online educated ourselves about the product thru the manufacturer directly and had significantly more understanding of their product than they didWhen the product was finally delivered to the dealership we received a camper that we had to clean ourselves as it was quickly rushed thru the check out process as they did not have time nor the staff available to accommodate our delivery processSince the delivery we have had minor issues with lights, ladders, door latches as well as purchasing added equipment at our expense and every transaction was met with distain and an attitude like we were bothering them with our businessThere is NOTHING friendly nor timely about this dealership, as it is family owned and operated any complaints we feel are overlooked because it is usually to another family member......It is extremely unfortunate that there are no other dealers for our brand available in the state as we do love our camper just not the lack of support behind it at the local level
This company is amazingThe owner and sales team are friendly, considerant, and willing to go the extra mileAnyone considering an RV purchase should stop here first
