Ordered three sheets of protective plexi glass for three separate locations from Cole Solutions. Upon delivery and installation, 1 of 3 were acceptable condition. These sheets of glass were covered in scratches and one of them had a crack in it. During the second install, a staff member jokingly said look at all the scratches is that 50% off which was met with attitude and in an aggressive matter, and said I’d you don’t want them I will take them back there are lots of people looking for this. I just diffused the situation as easily as I could, I understand there is a lot of stress for people in the field during this pandemic. The glass was very dirty and full of very clear scuff marks. He offered to clean the glass but knowing he was having a rough day I said I’ll try and clean them off and see what happens. They could not be cleaned, and I noticed some of the scratches were deep ones. I reached out to the gentleman later that evening and his attitude flipped completely blaming me that I accepted the delivery and after a bit of back and forth offered me a 10% discount. I agree I did accept the delivery, in my mind I thought if I can’t get the scratches cleaned off, he would take them back like he said in the store but that is not the case anymore. I would like these products to be picked up from my locations as these are damaged.
