Review: Dealership represented that the vehicle damage issues cited in the carfax report were remediated and that the vehicle was in a safe operating condition. I requested to have the vehicle inspected by my mechanic and they refused but stated that they would do a "comprehensive" review of any and all issues relating to the safe operation of the vehicle and claims to have completed the repairs when I picked up the vehicle on January 4th 2015. The car was determined to have serious transmission damages upon a routine maintenance on April 15th. After reporting the issue to the dealership both by phone and by email, they fail to reply or respond at all.Desired Settlement: Transmission damages to be addressed
