We received the initial request for service on 3/5/We called the client on 3/6/2107, 3/7/2017, and 3/9/leaving messages to attempt to schedule an appointmentWe were finally able to schedule and sent our technician out on 3/13/We schedule hour appointment windows and this appointment was set for - pmOur technician arrived at 2:pm and waited for over minutes at the propertyWe attempted to call multiple times but no one answeredWe called the warranty company on 3/18/and they cancelled the jobThe process to collect our show up fee is determined by the warranty company and is their policy that we bill the home owner ourselvesWe did show up at the property and so we were just billing for our show up time

Our technician did arrives as attested in the first statement in that they found a card on the door. The technician arrived around 1:40 pm, left around 2:10 pm, and then completed another job about an hour later in Modesto, CA before leaving work to go and pick up his children so there is no way he would have been able to go back out after 5:00 pm just to leave a card on the door. I understand this is upsetting but we are just following the procedures given to us by the warranty company. The customer will no longer be getting bills from us and instead we will be billing the warranty company directly.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

I am rejecting this response because: Their plumber adjusted the toilets to the point that they then filled up every minutes or soBecause they were then out of adjustmentPlumber stayed both times for a total of about minutesThey suggested that there was something replaced??? NothingWhere is the invoice and my signature?? Complete and total liesHad 2nd plumbing cocome out to tell me that the toilets were way out of adjustmentAnd that claim is still open2nd plumber said same as this company's plumber...toilets needed to be replacedBut this plumbing company is telling me their plumber never said they needed replacingAgain, out-right lies

HI *** ,We had originally sent out the first tech on 12/11/he adjusted toilets in both guest and master bathrooms, the flapper was changedNo mechanical failures with the toilet ** claimed with warranty on 12/28/that the job was not completeTherefore another tech was sent out on
1/5/There were no leaks, flushing issues or any type of running water issues in the toilet bowlThe tech had stay there mins watching the movement of the toilet water no issues.Home owner was told we could not replace the toilet due to no mechanical failures , because First American warranty company would deny it, and that if he want to peruse the issue he would have to connect the warranty company.Sincerely,T&N Rep

The damage being referred to was a pre-existing conditionOur technician saw the damage and took photos before starting any type of diagnosticHe diagnosed that the exhaust fan motor was not working at this particular property
