2/21/3:pm Telephone Response obtained from the company as follows: The company stated that they did not cause any damage to the consumer's garageThe company stated they have been plowing almost years and have never caused any damage to propertyThe company stated their process is they will pull in first, drop the blade about a foot from any structure/garage, then pull snow awayThe company stated they will then back in, drop blade and push snow awayThe company stated if it's built up snow in front of door/garage, they will use a shovel to remove the excess snowThe company did state that there were maybe times that they did not make it to the consumer's home first thing in the morning but the drive was plowed the same day- just laterThe company stated they would also shovel consumer's walkway and that was not in the contractThe company stated the contract was until April but in mid-January when they would arrive to plow the drive, they noticed it was already plowedThe company stated, the complaint received from the Revdex.com is the first they heard about the alleged damage to the garage door
