later claiming faulty work. As you will see below from our Collision Center Manger, Dennis. [redacted]’s claim of faulty work was denied by both insurance companies that were involved stating “this as another incident/accident following the repair of the vehicle”.
With this being said I have left 4 messages for [redacted] as well as sending her an email on 11/25, I have yet to receive a return call or email response.
I am certain that we can come to some type of resolution if [redacted] would simply reach out to me. We have been in the same location for 49 years, and we are the oldest Subaru and KIA dealer in the state. We take care of each and every one of our customers, and we will do the same for [redacted].
