On December 26, 2015 I came to the store to purchase a ground cover spray for my husbands grave site that I was to pick up on December 30, 2015. It was suppose to be a full arrangement of dark red roses and white flowers with a ribbon that said “IN LOVING MEMORY”.

I have to say I was in a very emotional state at the time that I picked this up and did not look at the spray

closely. It wasn't until after relatives started to arrive that I heard negative comments about the arrangement being so skimpy and sloppy. When I really did focus on it, I agreed with them because there were very few roses in the arrangement and the ribbon that was on the arrangement was not well done at all, as the letters (IN LOVING MEMORY) were stapled very loosely, which made them not

secure, plus for $163.22 including tax, it was unacceptable.

I am extremely disappointed in Colemans because normally you produce good work. Maybe the person who made the arrangement was not having a good day, but it should not have been at my expense. Needless to say, I will not be doing business with Colemans again. I truly believe I should receive compensation for this.

[redacted] did call me on Saturday 1/9/16. I explained situation and he copped an attitude with me immediately and ended up hanging up the phone and said he wasn't giving me anything. Since I do not have enough room in this area to post what the conversation entailed and what I sent to [redacted] if needed I will be glad to furnish a copy to you.Desired Settlement: I believe due to not only the quality of the ground cover spray for my husband's graver sit but also how he handled himself in such a unprofessional manner, I now think I should be reimbursed the entire amount of $163.22, but at the very least it should not be less than $75. Towards the end of our conversation, he did offer $60 which I did not think was fair, but accepted . Then he said no he wasn't doing that either.
