I have perosonly invistigated this matter and have found the following:
This patient has filed three separate disputes with *** Bank all three disputes were ruled in my
favorThe only work done and not yet completed was which was credited back to the patients *** Bank account on 7/15/at 5:PM
We are not able to wait until an implant is completed to charge a patient this procedure takes several weeks to complete and the practice has several thousand dollars in up front cost for a procedure of this magnitudePatient did not show for her implant appointmentOur office has tried on several occasions to provide the patient with solutions to her issuesUnfortunately it appears this is a situation that can not be resolvedAgain this patient ONLY paid for work that was completed and not charged for the implants
