I could not have asked for better service! Honesty and upfront quoting! Pricing and service blew it out of the water! (excuse the pun) Didn't waste my time having to pay for someone to come out to the house for a quote then have to schedule for an appointmentWhich would make me lose time from my own work They gave me great advise, pricing and came when they said they wouldON TIME might I add I have already recommended them to several people at work! Thank you for your integrity and honesty

I have someone from J.R [redacted] Plumbing coming over to fix a leak under house on tub drainTwo technicians came over around 2pm and I took him down to the crawl space to show them where the leak wasOne of person asked the other for the parts, but they didn't have the partsSo they told me they would go get the partsAn hour later (3:15pm) they came back with the parts and installed the following flexible coupingIt took them less than minutesThen one of the guy hand me the bill with $The invoice didn't have any except the total, and I was surprised because I didn't expect that muchSo I asked for detailsHe responded that the labor is $125, and they charge per hourPart was $Well, again it only took them minutes, the rest of the time was used to get the partsI don't believe the couping would be $although they claimed it was a special partI went to [redacted] to check out the price of the coping, the part number is #XXXX-XXX-XXX and it costs $What a scam, very dishonest business and technicianI'm sure [redacted] is a nice guy, but will never trust his techniciansShame on them

I had Lane Plumbing replace two toilets in my homeThey arrived within two hours of my call and were completed in about two hoursThey were extremely cordial, explained all work thoroughly and saved us several hundred dollars because the units were on saleI will definitely use them again

I am extremely happy with Lane Plumbing. I went on line last night and they called me this morning. I had signed up with another plumber but they called me this morning and said they couldn't come. The plumbers came out and fixed my faucet, I am extremely happy with their work. I need a bathroom sink fixed and will call them again. Very happy customer

I have been using JR Lane Plumbing for the past 6 months for my apartment communities and I have experienced nothing but the best! They are always fast, professional and reasonably priced. I have tried other companies such as [redacted] & [redacted] and they have not even come close to the level of professionalism that I have gotten from Lane plumbing.

Then one of the guy hand me the bill with $195.00. The invoice didn't have any except the total, and I was surprised because I didn't expect that much. So I asked for details. He responded that the labor is $125, and they charge per hour. Part was $70. Well, again it only took them 5 minutes, the rest of the time was used to get the parts. I don't believe the couping would be $70 although they claimed it was a special part. I went to [redacted] to check out the price of the coping, the part number is #XXXX-XXX-XXX and it costs $4.98. What a scam, very dishonest business and technician. I'm sure [redacted] is a nice guy, but will never trust his technicians. Shame on them.
