contractor that will hopefully be able to assist in completing this service. I expect at that time, the true details of poor workmanship and lack of integrity of the entire job will be revealed to me

Review: [redacted] refinished our floors last October 2013. At that time he promised me touch up product and a maintenance kit to resolve scratches and stains. I have attempted to call and email him many, many times to retrieve this. I offered to pay for the shipping and even to drive to his location to pick it up, but to no avail. I also contacted his son, [redacted], who runs a similar business: [redacted]. His son called me back initially and promised to follow up on his father's behalf, but he also will not return my calls. Also, I am compelled to report here there is a good deal of stain/product left on baseboards, fixtures like my pedestal sink and many of the door handles. The sanding machine left noticeable circular marks in the upstairs hallway and since the work was done, our oak floors stain and scratch much easier. [redacted] assured me this was not a bad thing (back when he used to return my calls) since the product allows for patch fixes instead of having to haul all the furniture out for a complete refinish as in traditional floor resurface jobs. This sounded like a good long term flooring solution to me, except that I was given no product and no such guidance to accomplish this.Desired Settlement: I would like a maintenance kit that includes all the product and step by step guidance needed to repair scratches and stains. I would also like product, guidance and a refund of $100 to ameliorate the product that has stained my pedestal sink, baseboards and door handles.
