Called Coleman-Mitchell regarding a problem with a non-functioning furnace fan. Received prompt, same-day service. (Oct. 2015) Two employees arrived, very courteous, professional, and explained what needed to be done and why. Costs, which we felt were within reasonable parameters, were quoted up front before work performed. Left us with a legible written receipt/work order and a new working fan. Would call this company again for service.
