I purchased a 1998 Ford Windstar van from this company in December 2010. I have made all my payments in full. According to the schedule they gave me I have paid my van off as of December 27, 2011. We paid $3900.00 which includes the interest on this van. They are now telling me that I still have 90 something dollars left to pay. They told me before I bought the van that it had a completely rebuilt engine and transmission with a guarentee. They also said the brakes were good because I asked about that. I have put at least $1300.00 into the van since buying it. The transmission had to be fixed twice, some engine work my husband did, new tires, brakes, 2 altenators, battery and the rear air went out. There is more that has been done I cant think of. I have had to have it towed 6-8 times in less than a year. Then the engine blew up in October of 2011. They came and got it and told me they would fix it. They van they bought to get the engine out of was $400.00. It was two years newer and had dual sliding doors. So he asked me if I wanted that van or my van. I told him what ever was chepest and fasted. Now that it is ready they expect me to pay $2800.00. They did not discuss any of the repairs with me or my husband. They acted like they were paying for that since they sold me a lemon. We were under the impression that iwe would just be paying for the motor. I now have to take them to court. In the beginning I could not even get it licensed till Febuary of 2011. They told me it would pass inspection and it did not. It took them over a month to fix the problem.
