I purchased a*** turn mower from the Paris, Tn business in March, 2019. In September 2019 the belt come off mower and there was less than ten hours registered on mower. Coleman come and picked up mower for repair. Mower was returned. In September the belt came off again. Our mower has been at Coleman since this time. I have been calling and trying to get answers as to why my mower has not been repaired. I have called Coleman numerous times, I have called customer service numerous times and have spoken to very rude women. In the meantime I am making payments on a mower that I don't even have. I am very upset about this matter and I want the problem resolved.

Replacement The problem continues to happen and nobody seems to know how to fix it. I want a better mower for the price that I paid for my model
mower was brought in last year for drive belt issues. Based upon a suspicion of a potential intermittent manufacturing issue, we immediately brought in representatives from*** Manufacturing of America to assist with a fix. They arrived in several weeks to respond to our concerns. A potential fix was agreed upon, which necessitated installing trial parts.
We returned *** mower with the new repairs*** instructed. In October*** returned again to follow up. At this time,*** instructed that prototype parts (new deep groove HST pulleys, a new designed tension system, and debris shield for the deck) were in development and would need to be installed for the machine to be fully fixed.
In November *** had more issues with his HST belt system and we picked it up right away. We informed him about the new parts that would be coming out per*** Manufacturing of America *** He specifically stated he did NOT want his mower returned until*** released the new updated parts. The parts, per***, are in the process of being manufactured and loaded into the dealer parts system. We are in constant, weekly contact with the manufacturer so that we have immediate access to these updated parts as soon as they are available for shipment.
We have spoken to *** several times since, offering him a dealer demo mower to use if needed. Thus far, he has refused our offer and has further stated that he does not want his machine returned until*** releases the new updated parts to install. Unfortunately, this puts us into a holding pattern since we cannot control the release of the newly designed parts kit and he doesn't wish to use one of our dealer demo mowers in the meantime.
We, too, are frustrated with the extensive lead-time in getting this resolved. *** has been patient and pleasant to deal with throughout this ordeal, and our priority is to ensure his satisfaction.
