Per phone conversation with Revdex.com: We stand by our original response We feel like this is a problem between the families The current wife never mentioned needing the pacemaker taken out We found out after the fact (after he was cremated and the pacemaker was disposed of) that the children wanted it back *** ***

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:I don’t understand how Mr*** can say they were not notified to take the pace maker out of my father when under Texas funeral service commission “Governing Laws” states it must be removed per HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE TITLE DEATH AND DISPOSITION OF THE BODY SUBTITLE CCEMETERIES AND CREMATORIES CHAPTER 716.CREMATORIES SecPacemakers page 10.I have a witness to Mr*** (the father) telling us that my father was already cremated two days after he passed away and that we had a sheriff to go by to check and to find out that he was still at Coleman’sHe was not cremated until that following TuesdayAnd I have a witness to Mr*** (the father) telling me that he gave my father’s ashes to Miss*** and when I told him if he did I would have my lawyer file charges because the judge told them not to give them to anyone until they know who the real wife was.Ten minutes later his secretary and his son came back with the ashesKnowing that there was an issue with two wives, they still put the incorrect wife Miss *** on the death certificate any way and gave it to her.According to the death certificate regulations they could face jail time and a $10,fine because they put information on the death certificate.I filled out an amendment in their office to have the name changed in Oct and as of today we still don’t have the amended copy with the corrections.I don’t feel that they were very professional in our time of grief; we should not have had to go through this.*** ***

Per phone conversation with Revdex.com:We were never notified to take the pacemaker out This is a request that we've never, ever had before.I tried to explain this to her and she didn't want to accept what I had to tell her, which is the truth. We've never hid bodies before either.***
