Coleman's Auto Paint & Collision

I left my car in the shop for a body and paint job at the passenger rear door. The owner Mr *** was 100% sure that he can fix my door, until leave my car like new. We agree the cost on 600 USD and execution time of 3 business days.
The car was delivered on June 4th 2018 I paid 300 USD in advanced, at the en of the first week the job was not done yet.the next week by the 12 of June that car was paint with the wrong color. 16 days later I did not receive my car so I went there and take my car, nobody was working on it. In addition they destroy other pieces that were in perfect state.
1. Take apart all the pieces of the front passenger door. Some of those pieces I found inside the car. The main issue is that the windows does not roll down. ( Why they take away this door')
2 All the rubber parts and weather strip were painted and/or damaged by the polish.
3 Rear windows scratched. Swirl marks by a mechanical tool.
4 Rear stop damaged by a mechanical tool.
The whole car is chipped by paint. The windshield side windows and rear window.
5 The paint job is terrible I wish that I was kidding but my car looks like Frankenstein.
6 The interior of the car is had stains and strong smell to paint.
