I bought a car from Colerain Auto Center and put down $and have kept my payments ahead I have not drove the car enough for a oil change too be done yet and yesterday the TRANSMISSION went out I now have too pay $for a TRANSMISSION on a car I already was paying over $for I would not recommend anyone ever buy a car from them they assured me the car was fully examined by a Honda dealership and was in excellent condition after contacting the Honda dealership they never had the car inspected there and they tell a lot of customers this and have never had any car inspected there as long as they have been in biusnessI would recommend NO ONE EVER buy a vehicle from COLERAIN AUTO SALES they are SCAM ARTIST from the FATHER,SON,WIFE!!!! So Please head my WARNING they will say whatever they have too say too get your MONEY!!!!!

Ps Please note that I called this car lot the day after purchase about speedometer and other issues and yes he took off of my first payment however he said since I was a few days late he charged me more than my So really nothing was given back to meAlso the mileage simply doesn't workI video taped my mileage driving at least miles and the mileage never moved upAnd I have NOT HAD this car for almost three monthsMore like 2mos and daysI spoke to the ownerHis sonAnd his wifeSelling a car in this condition is illegal whether as is or not..the mileage IS WRONG and after at least three complaints and nothing happening I had to complain to youI made an down payment one car payment and the next payment was due on and yes it is late because this has to be resolvedTo reiterate I called the car lot hours after I bought van and til them about every issue that I am havingI have bought many used cars and never felt the need to do thisI have been totally taken advantage of* ***

We received Miss [redacted] complaint arid will address the issues...
she has one by one. First of all miss [redacted] purchased the vehicle on 8/22/14. So as of right now she has been driving the vehicle for almost 3 months and has only made 1 payment. The first payment I even took off $50.00 for break work that she said she had done even though the vehicle was bought AS-15 and signed 3 statements to that effect. She test drove the vehicle and then bought it as well, She was the one who chose an older van to purchase and should accept her responsibilities as such. As for the title work she let it sit on my desk for almost a month after I called and told herpersonally that it was here for her to pick up. My best advice to Miss [redacted] is to make 'her payments on time or we will reposess her vehicle because as of today she is already late again by 5 days!
