To whom it may concern,My name is [redacted].  I am the General Manager here at Colerain RV in Columbus.  I would like to start by saying that we take customer service very seriously here at Colerain RV.  The facts of this case are simple.  The ordered camper did take 2 weeks...

longer to complete than anticipated from our manufacturer which is not in our control.  We worked very hard to keep the customer on board with the purchase and expedite the delivery as much as possible.  The customer made a final decision to cancel on Saturday and we were going to have the camper here for them two days later on Monday.  This was surprising that after waiting ten weeks they cancelled two days prior to us having it.  The $100 store credit was offered as a gesture of good will due to the delayed delivery time;  It was in no way meant to offend the customer.  This is the first complaint I have ever received about the way my sales manager has handled our customers.  The customer never attempted to contact me in any way to voice their frustration or ask for their $500 deposit back.  I don't normally refund deposits on special ordered campers, but in this case I would make an exception due to the fact that the unit was not delivered during the time that was agreed on by customer.  I will gladly refund this customer their $500 deposit.
