We have received the complaint and will be researching this situation and contacting the manufacturer of the camper to see what our course of action will be. We totally understand the frustration the customer is having and will put whatever pressure we can on the manufacturer to address this...

S[redacted], the general manager, Cindy from the finance office did return my call and told us that she sent the paper work to her Main Office in Cincinnati on December 2, and they would have to submit the cancelation request to the warranty company.Surprisingly, however, we did receive a check from Colerain of Indianapolis for the amount of $1742, the very next day!! This appears to be about $100 below what the warranty company had told me we would be receiving, however, we are thankful to finely be done with Colerain RV of Indianapolis.Thank you for your help!

Jerry S[redacted] the General Manager called and talked to customer yesterday and Cindy in the Finance office is calling them today to finalize cancellation and get payment to customer.
