I took my Honda Accord to be aligned on 01-19-at Coles Brothers Tire Services located in ***At the time I did not know of any suspension propblems they completed the work and I was charged $for their service and was told that I needed to replace two front bushings and to bring my car back for an alignment adjustment once the work was completedWhy was my car aligned once a suspension problem was discovered, knowing that it would not be correctly aligned? My car currently pulls to the left now while drivingDuring the alignment process they rotated my tires and incorrectly reinstalled one of the driver side lug nuts which broke off while taking off my tire two days laterThis is a very costly and time consuming repair requiring the front driver side suspension to be taken apart and a new wheel bearing replaced in the processs of changing one lug nutI called and tried to resolve this problem with the owner *** and he was immediately defensive and very r

Worn, defective tires are known to cause pull, but cant be diagnosed without alignment.
