I am paying grand for a Pontiac g(which I got in October) My boyfriend and I told them the day we started paying for the vehicle that the heat doesn't workThey begin to act all concerned like they were going to repair it without any chargeThen the *** are trying to charge us 500$ to fix itthe *** claims its the heatorcore when its actually the actuator (which is a cheaper fix) .They don't return phone calls unless they need you to sign paperworkYea I will admit that I purchased the car as isBut the fact that they were the ones who broke the heater should make them responsibleI REALIZED that having heat in a vehicle is NOT a luxury but a necessityYou don't need air conditioning because you can roll windows down which make it a luxury unlike heat for the winterMy window would fog up my defroster barely worked, ice build up on the inside of my windshield my finger and toes are turns purple I can barely feel them(almost got into two accidents because the ice wouldn't come off.) One thing I would say is thank god the only issue with my vehicle is the heatIt drives smoothly its very reliableOne other minor issue is the cd player is messing upTHIS car dealership is *** and their employees are *** people (I hope karma bites them in the *** and they go out of business)I would never recommend it to anyoneSave your time and save your money for a better dealership and before purchasing take the vehicle your considering up to a mechanic while your on a test driveHeed my warning!!!
