The business is not being truthful he only shoveled my driveway three times. The information he is giving you is what I told him to do after he hit my garage door and he was aware. I told him to only pull forward and push snow to the right side of our yard. He has never shoveled my walk way or in front of my garage because I have always done that because Coles Snowplowing never did the three times he plowed. We did not have anyone else shovel our snow because we could not afford it. I would like to fax you the bill and the date for repair to garage. Witness of damage done and repaired by [redacted] Garage. A lot of older people just do not realize that they can complain to you. My intention will be to see if this company has been sued for the same thing in Garfield Court or Maple Court. He cannot continue to take peoples money and not do the job and then turn around and call them liars. I will not let this company get away with this. I have pictures where he did not do the job and when. Will fax or mail to you. Will also contact my attorney for further instruction.
2/21/18 3:35 pm Telephone Response obtained from the company as follows: The company stated that they did not cause any damage to the consumer's garage. The company stated they have been plowing 6 almost 7 years and have never caused any damage to property. The company stated their process is...
they will pull in first, drop the blade about a foot from any structure/garage, then pull snow away. The company stated they will then back in, drop blade and push snow away. The company stated if it's built up snow in front of door/garage, they will use a shovel to remove the excess snow. The company did state that there were 2 maybe 3 times that they did not make it to the consumer's home first thing in the morning but the drive was plowed the same day- just later. The company stated they would also shovel consumer's walkway and that was not in the contract. The company stated the contract was until April but in mid-January when they would arrive to plow the drive, they noticed it was already plowed. The company stated, the complaint received from the Revdex.com is the first they heard about the alleged damage to the garage door.
