Coletta's Heating & A/C

My wife contacted the coletta heating, air conditioning and sheet metal company to locate an unusual noise noise in her air conditioning system. two service techs showed up and could not locate the noise. after some discussion with her one of the men went back upstairs he said to get his tool bag. a short time later I went up to see what was taking him so long he said he was turning off the lights. I told him I would take care of the lights. I finished turning off the lights and went down stairs. The air conditioner was not running but it was not needed. They immediately left. The next morning I attempted to turn on the air conditioner. The thermostat was blank. I went upstairs to find the problem. I found the control cable from the air handler to the outside unit cut. I had to pay a competent repair person $200.00 to get the unit running again. I feel that this cutting of the cable was illegal and very unprofessional. I doubt if this cost will be reimbursed. I feel that the general public should be warned of the actions of this company.Desired SettlementI feel that I should be reimbursed and the general public warned of the action of this company. I really don't expect it but I feel this company's licence should be revoked.
