Mr Coley said he needed money and supplies would be delivered two days later. He has $3600 and no roofing has been done, nothing delivered, no contactMr Coley and I have been in contact for about 2.5 mos regarding my roof. He has $3600 of our money that was to be used for the supplies that were supposed to be delivered in December. We have no supplies, no roofing done, and now he wont contact us. I had to get an extension on my claim from my insurance company. When he did talk to me, it was he needed a new truck. He was finishing a job and was waiting to get their check. What does that have to do with my job and the money I gave him for our supplies? He will not even repsond or give us a date. He has been dishonest, lied to my insurance company telling them he is in touch with me all week- NOT true, and now he took my $3600 and I NEED my roof done. Desired SettlementHe originally had a contracted painter come in and do painting. No sheetrock or lighting , anythiing else inside was done. Insurance allotted $508.72 for painting. I want $3090 refunded.
