Review: The executive summary of my complaint is that I hired this company to perform work at my building, which they did; however, they no refuse to provide receipts or some form of verification for services rendered.Desired Settlement: I would like the vendor to supply verification of services rendered.

Colgate acknowledges receipt of the attached Revdex.com complaint regarding the cancelled sidewalk bridge job at [redacted]. The job was cancelled because of maintenance issue and insurance requirements from the customer. However, before the job was cancelled, Colgate had provided services (NYC Department of Building’s Permits for the electrical lighting and of the bridge; filed/stamped engineering drawings); attached hereto is a copy of these receipts which were previously provided to the customer. Thus, the complaint is without merit since customer was provided with a copy of these receipts already. Should you have any further questions, please contact me. Please remove this pending compliant against Colgate in Revdex.com’s file since this complaint against Colgate of “not providing” receipts is unfounded. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I've read the response and would like to make note that Colgate had NOT provided the requested receipts prior to their communication with you. Fortunately, following my Revdex.com inquiry they did comply with my request and therefore I am satisfied and this complaint can be closed. Given that it took this level of escalation to resolve the issue I would like to have this kept for the future reference of other customers.
