I purchased a van from this dealer in the summer. The body looked in very good shape considering it is a 2010. After about 2 months, the seemingly doctored and fairly extensive rust began to show. I have already replaced the starter and now the front end needs work. While I was generally happy with the service at the time, when I think back I was told that if my mechanic was coming to look at it, he would have to do so prior to the safety test and that they wouldn't complete the safety test without a down payment. At the very least, I would lose my down payment if I decided not to purchase after my mechanic inspected.
Thought we got a great deal in Dec when we bought our truck we were WRONG. Been back twice, first time only a week after we got it $ by $ did not work, then not long after that engine light came on took to our mechanic he would not work on it called Calving he said bring to his mechanic we did they said they fixed it but light is back on again only a few weeks after. Truck looked in great condition but obviously they painted it cause about 6 to 8 weeks after it has major rust areas coming out.

You must understand that when a check engine light comes on, there are steps that the mechanic must take in order to solve the problem. It is unfortunate that the light came back on a few weeks after, but we were unaware of this so please contact us to set up an appointment to rectify the situatiuon at no cost to you. Unfortunately we don't have any control on the cosmetics of the truck but can suggests some places for you to have it rustproofed.Your opinion is very important to us, and that is a way to improve our customer service by customers feedback.. We already had to bring the truck back to you guys twice for repairs, and the truck was bleeding rust within a Month.
We are in Orillia and every time we have to come there it cost us money.
We even emailed about trading it back for something else and your salesperson said to let him no what we were interested in and that he would get back to us with a response after speaking to the owner and we did get a response so I gave up and wrote the reviews.
All I can say is we were misled about the truck and your response to our concerns is as they say to little to late!!!! I will not purchase another vehicle from your dealership and would recommend others to stay clear of Coliseum Auto Sales.
