When [redacted] called [redacted] he was informed that Coliseum did not have a listing on Guns America for a Saiga rifle. [redacted] checked Coliseum’s listings on Guns America and confirmed that there was no listing for a Saiga. He could not find the listing the [redacted] was referring to. [redacted] told him...

that the price he claimed was in the ad, was lower than the stores cost. He never told [redacted] that Coliseum would honor that price.[redacted] told [redacted] that Coliseum did have a listing and that he could put in his credit card information. [redacted] told him that if he was able to place and order do so. But [redacted] was not able to place an order. It was a dead-end confirmation for a program that Coliseum is not a member of. [redacted] knew that it was not an ad created by Coliseum, it only came up in a search feature. A listing that was created by Guns America by mistake. Without instruction by, or consent from Coliseum Gun Traders. When [redacted] spoke to [redacted], he never mentioned the price of $424. He only told her that he paid for the item online and if they would honor a price discrepancy. She told him if he had paid for the item, then yes. But he never did pay for the item. He couldn't because Guns America is not able to take payments on behalf of Coliseum Gun Trader’s. She did tell him that Saiga rifles are in stock for $719. If he had been honest on the phone and mentioned the actual price he expected to pay, she would have looked into the situation further and saved him a trip to our store. When [redacted] arrived at the store no record of an order was found. No confirmation email from Guns America was sent to Coliseum.[redacted] checked his phone and admitted that he had not been charged. He expected Coliseum to release an unpaid rifle to him based on an ad they did not create or were even able to find online. In the days following this incident Guns America sent the attached email to us stating that it was an error on their part and that they were trying to contact MMMMMM. The email from Guns America confirmed that it was an erroneous ad and that Coliseum Gun Traders was not enrolled in the 48-hour program.  please see below.............[redacted]

Review: On Monday March [redacted] 2015, I found a listing on [redacted] (a [redacted] Party Website) for a Saiga 7.62 rifle listed by Coliseum Gun Traders. The advertised price was $424.80 plus applicable taxes. After seeing this listing, I immediately called Coliseum Gun Traders to verify the validity of the listing, and to make sure the gun was in stock. I spoke to [redacted] (also known as **) who is the [redacted] for the store (as described to me by another employee) at around 5:00pm EST that day. [redacted] looked for the listing on his end but was unable to find it. [redacted] admitted that they normally sell that same gun for about $700-$800 in the store. After giving him pertinent information like how to find the ad, etc, [redacted] instructed me to continue making the purchase on [redacted], and that I could come pick up the gun and receive it for the advertised price of $424.80 plus applicable taxes. Unfortunately, I could not make it to the store that night.

The next morning, Tuesday March [redacted] 2015, around 10:30am EST, I called the store back to make sure the gun was still in stock and that I could get it for the advertised price mentioned earlier. I spoke to a lady named [redacted]. I explained to [redacted] that I placed an order on [redacted] for a Saiga 7.62 as [redacted] instructed, but before making the trip, I'd like to make sure the gun is in stock and I could get it for the price mentioned previously. [redacted] said "Yeah, no problem, whatever the price you paid. Come pick up the gun".

That night, through the terrible snow storm that was going on, I made it to Coliseum Gun Traders to pick up the gun. I spoke to 3 gentlemen who could not find the order. I showed them my purchase receipt. They spoke to [redacted] on the phone who told them he remembered speaking to me but did not remember the specifics. I was instructed to go home, and I would receive a call early in the morning the next day, and the gentlemen told me they'd make sure to "make things right".

On Wednesday March [redacted] 2015, I called Coliseum guns around 11:30am EST. I was passed along to [redacted]. I asked [redacted] what was going on with my order. [redacted] said that I could not have the gun for that price. I asked [redacted] why he told me to place the order, why he said I could have that gun for the advertised price, and now they're changing their mind? All he said was that I could not have the gun for that price anymore.

While my credit card was not charged, I do have a receipt showing I placed the order, I have screen shots showing the advertisement, etc.Desired Settlement: I would still like to be given the Saiga 7.62 for the advertised price of $424.80. While Coliseum Guns tells me they did not put that listing up on Guns America, 2 employees told me they'd give me the item for that price.
